Templates

Five ready-made reports. Pick a source and the rest is already built.

On the RollGrid home page, under Start from a template. Choosing one asks for a source and then opens a normal report you can edit — nothing about it stays locked.

Program progress by epic

Story points and time rolled up from sub-tasks to stories to epics, with progress bars. A Structure tab summing points, time spent and remaining estimate, plus a Pivot of points by parent against status category.

Use it for a program or initiative review where the question is "how far through are we".

Weekly time by person

Last week's logged hours by person and day, with any working day under 6 hours flagged. A Timesheet tab.

Use it for a Monday morning check of where the week actually went.

Sprint pivot by assignee

Story points and a count, by assignee down the side and sprint across the top, with totals. A Pivot tab.

Use it for load across a team over several sprints.

Capacity by team

Remaining estimates against working hours this month, by team. A Capacity tab. Resolved work is left out, since finished work needs no capacity.

Use it for "can we take this on". It needs two things set up to be meaningful: team names and working hours in admin settings, and remaining estimates on your work items.

Items needing attention

In progress with no time logged for five days, overdue, over estimate or unassigned — plus a timesheet of the last 30 days by week. A Warnings tab and a Timesheet tab.

Use it for the standing question of what is quietly stuck.

A template is a starting point, not a format. Add tabs, change the measures, change the source. The report it creates has no memory of having been a template.
